The club are pleased to announce that Sam Wellings has signed a one year deal. Wellings previously played under Joe Mbu during the 2014 season and tends to operate as a second-row forward. Sam is likely to be selected in this weekend’s Challenge Cup matchday squad. He is looking forward to, once again, pulling on the Skolars jersey.
Head Coach, Joe Mbu is pleased with the way his 2022 squad is coming together. He feels that “Sam is another good addition who will be a key part of the coaching teams plans for the season ahead. He has a good pair of hands and will bring plenty of power”
Sam is now available to sponsor. Sponsorship packages start from £175+VAT and include a season ticket (to all League 1 games), a signed playing jersey at the end of the season and an invitation to the club’s end of season awards ceremony.
