The parameters that our Coaches have to work within have changed dramatically since March 2020. For this reason, there are a number of new guidelines that we need to make you aware of. Please read these carefully before you attend one of our training sessions.

• All Players must register on Sports TG to ensure the club has up to date contact details.
• All Players must complete a medical declaration before the start of the session (prior to leaving home). These should be sent to kevfanagan@skolarsrl.com
• Anyone with Covid-19 related symptoms should remain at home.
• Arrival and Departure times will be staggered. If you are not aware of your arrival time, please contact your Coach.
• Please refer to the Government’s Safer Travel Guidance prior to your journey i.e. minimise the use of public transport and avoid car sharing.
• Players must come changed and ready to start the session.
• Parents / Guardians / Carers are asked to remain in the vehicles (where possible) or socially distance on the side-lines (2m apart).
• The Clubhouse will remain shut. Bathrooms can be accessed via New River Sports Centre. Please follow the signage as you enter the building and remember your face covering.

For everyone’s safety:

• Groups will be limited to a maximum of fifteen players per coach.
• Contact drills will be limited (max. of ten minutes) – In line with Stage 4 Government Guidelines.
• Rugby balls and other equipment will be sanitised every ten minutes (approx).
• Hand sanitiser will be provided for each group but it is advised that you bring your own.
• The designated First Aider will have appropriate PPE.
• Please bring your own drinks bottle; these will not be provided.
• The sharing of equipment should be avoided.
• Social distancing (2m) should be strictly maintained outside of the structured session.
