First Team Head Coach – Jermaine Coleman
‘J’ has an extensive playing pedigree having played in the professional ranks for 13 years for Gateshead, York, Hunslet, Skolars and Hemel. He took his first foray into full-time coaching as an Assistant at Hemel Stags before he was gifted the opportunity to take the Head role at London Skolars.
Beginning his second tenure at London Skolars in 2015, Jermaine has worked incredibly hard to develop a group of players that are capable of competing with the big hitters of League One.
In 2016 he led the Skolars into the League One ‘Super 8’s’ Competition, with notable victories against Barrow & Doncaster during the regular season. 2017 was another step forward for the club, whilst they did not make the Super 8’s, the side went on a club record 8 game unbeaten streak, reaching the League One Shield Final where they were unfortunate to lose out to a re-juvenated Hunslet side. The 2019 season saw the squad briefly sit at the top of the League 1 table (for the first time in the club’s history). The squad eventually finished 8th, narrowly missing out on the play off places. We are all sure that this season will prove to be another successful year under Jermaine’s reign.

First Team Assistant Coach – Iliess Macani (Player / Coach)
Iliess has recently been appointed as the club’s Assistant Coach. The club will be helping Iliess obtain his Level 2 Coaching badge this year (2021). He brings a wealth of experience, skill and determination.
