The club are pleased to announce the signing of Prop Forward Kojo Korang ahead of the 2022 Betfred League 1 Season. Kojo is a former South London Silverback and is proud to have also represented London Broncos U21s and Great Britain U16s. Korang expressed his happiness by saying “it is great to have joined this fantastic club in what is a highly competitive League”.

Head Coach, Joe Mbu has been aware of Korang’s abilities for several years and feels that the Prop will become an important part of the first-team squad. Mbu said the following during a pre-season training session “Kojo is a powerful forward who possesses a sound set of core skills. His knowledge of the game will be invaluable the group”.

The new signing has been performing well throughout pre-season and is looking forward to the club’s first competitive fixture in Round 2 of the Challenge Cup. The match will take place at The New River Stadium on the weekend of January 29th / 30th. Tickets will be on sale from January 16th.
