The first-team had a well earned weekend off after a hectic schedule. However, the club’s Junior teams were still in action. The club’s much celebrated U12s squad visited Elmbridge and recorded a 18-32 victory. This result ensured the squads place in the age group’s Grand Final. This will take place at Eton Manor RFC on the morning of Saturday 24th July. We encourage all parents and supporters to go along and cheer the team on to victory! No matter the result, they have performed wonderfully throughout the Junior season.
The club’s U15 girls were also in action again. As reported earlier in the season, this is the first time the club have had an accredited girls section. The match was played in good spirits and was extremely competitive. After winning their home fixture, the U15s ended up losing this match at Elmbridge. The club has a clear goal to continue to develop our girls offering in the season to come.
The club’s open-age ‘A’ squad were also in action at Elmbridge but suffered a heavy loss. The squads next League fixture is at home against Brixton on July 31st.
