As we approach our return to competitive action, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our fans for their patience and support throughout this challenging last year. It is with great anticipation that I look forward to welcoming North Wales to New River tomorrow, and to a successful season both on and off the pitch. I understand that you are all eager to come and support the Skolars, but I must ask you to remain patient for just a few more weeks. Our home match on Saturday is to be played behind closed doors as per RFL and Government guidelines, however if all goes to plan with the roadmap out of the pandemic, we will welcome you all back for our next home match against Hunslet on June 12th.
In order to ensure the safety and welfare of all, I would respectfully ask any fans hoping to watch the match to check out the live feed on Our League and I truly look forward to seeing you all in a few weeks time.
