As London Skolars head coach Jermaine Coleman continues to assemble his squad for the 2020 campaign the club are delighted to announce the addition of Shay North to the squad! The promising hooker joins the club on a year-long deal ahead of what promises to be an exciting 2020 Betfred League One season.
Jermaine Coleman, London Skolars Head Coach, commented:
“ We are really excited to have signed Shay. He looks very promising and has obviously been in a good system coming from Castleford Tigers. I have received some really good feedback on him. He is making the move down to London which shows his commitment. This is going to be an exciting time for him and also a great opportunity to develop his game”.
The 20 year-old is currently living in York and will relocate to London early January 2020. Here is what Shay had to say about joining the Skolars:
“I’m thrilled to have signed for the Skolars. Really excited for the 2020 season to begin, to work with Jermaine and learn from the likes of Neil Thorman. I will work hard throughout pre-season with the rest of the lads”.
