London Skolars were unable to make it six wins in a row on Saturday afternoon, as the long trip to Whitehaven ended in defeat.
The team started brightly and moved into a 0-6 lead, after a try from Scott and a conversion from Thorman. The boys battled hard and it was still all to play for at half-time (6-6).
The second half was a different story and Whitehaven gradually exerted more and more dominance, running out winners 32-6. The squad will now embark on a richly deserved mid-season break before returning at New River on Saturday 15th June to play the West Wales Raiders.
