London Skolars are delighted to confirm Matt Ross will remain with the club for the 2019 season. The former Keighley Cougars loanee has signed a one-year deal at New River Stadium and will join his teammates for preseason training tomorrow.

Jermaine Coleman, London Skolars Head Coach, said:

“We are really glad that Matt has joined us again for the whole year. He brings a real appetite and desire to the team, he is a willing worker and has a character that every coach wants in their team.”

Prop forward Ross came through Keighley’s academy and has also spent time at Hemel Stags. He made 13 appearances for Skolars last season, gaining valuable first team experience. He commented:

“I really enjoyed my time with London Skolars last season, so when Jermaine approached me for the upcoming season, I was more than happy to re-sign. I’m looking forward to being back on the pitch with the lads and taking the club forward in 2019.”
