Skolars GM to step down at the end of the season
London Skolars General Manager Jac Davies is to step down at the end of the season. Davies, who joined the Skolars last summer will be moving back to his hometown in Wales to be closer to his family.
Davies said;
“My time at Skolars has been the absolute highlight of my career to date, getting to know the fans, volunteers and all connected with this great club has been an immense privilege. I certainly have a soft spot for the club and will be continuing to help the club progress in a voluntary capacity.”
Davies will stay on as director of the annual Capital Challenge event and to lead the Skolars Foundation.
Davies added;
“I’m immensely proud of the work the club does off the field, we have engaged with more children and adults by making the sport more accessible, We’ve done this by launching open touch rugby, launching a women’s team and by engaging with more schools across the capital, I’m determined to ensure we continue this great work.”.
