London Skolars are delighted to announce that major international companies Ipreo and Exchange data International are back on board as major community sponsors for the upcoming season.
Ipreo, formed in 2006, is a leading global provider of financial services technology, data and analytics. It currently boasts more than 800 employees serving clients in every major financial hub around the world. This will be their fourth year as a community sponsor, however their general involvement with the club dates back years before that. Ipreo are also one of the many companies to have participated in and enjoyed the London Skolars City Touch event, last year increasing their attendance to two teams.
Exchange Data International began in 1994 and has since been helping the global financial community make informed decisions with high quality securities reference data, corporate actions and end of day pricing services. Again their affiliation with the club in some capacity dates back several years to around the 2008 season. Both they and Ipreo will be present at the Capital Challenge game against the Wigan Warriors. Exchange Data’s senior members of staff were very positive about the partnership stating, ‘We are pleased to have renewed our sponsorship for the forthcoming year, we have enjoyed being part of the growth of the club’s junior section and hope to see this continue into the future.’
The club are indebted to these two companies, as without their help, London Skolars community department would not have been able to grow as it has continued to, as recent years have seen Rugby league funding cut from other sources. Both Ipreo and Exchange Data international are directly responsible for allowing the club to serve much needed functions in the community. The ability to act as a social hub for the community’s children and parents. To promote a healthier lifestyle. Teach strong moral values through sport which in turn, draws children from other less savory pursuits and be as inclusive as possible are just a few things their help has enabled us to do.
