The Skolars 20th Anniversary Celebration is now only 3 weeks away. Taking place on the eve of the England v New Zealand international this will be last big weekend of Rugby League in London for 2015.
The Skolars First Team squad are set to start their pre-season training on Tuesday November 3rd in preparation for a break through 2016 season. Head coach Jermaine Coleman is keen to get the squad fit in preparation for two challenging pre-season fixtures in January. The first of these is the annual Capital Challenge match v Wigan Warriors XIII on Friday January 22nd 2016 at the Honourable Artillery Ground. The second of these is the London Clash v Broncos at New River Stadium on Saturday January 30th. Jermaine has arranged for the entire squad to attend the 20th Anniversary providing fans with a rare opportunity to mingle and chat with players after the facility challenges the club faced in 2014/2015. The evening will also provide a chance for entire squad to get together off the track for the first time after a 7 week break in the off-season. With over 20 players signing and re-committing to the Skolars for the 2016 season make sure you regularly check the website and twitter as we continue to announce a number of exciting signings over the next week.
As announced several weeks ago Kris Radlinski, former Wigan Warriors star full back and centre and now Wigan Warriors Rugby General Manager has been confirmed as the Guest of Honour. See below for all the event details.
