After a brief Easter break, this weekend see’s our 3 junior teams return to action in the London Junior League.

As winter sports now begin to finish our young Skolars are expected to be buoyed with new members and returning players which will hopefully strengthen all the teams’ bids to end the season with some silverware.

Entering the middle section of the Junior League Season, all 3 teams are nicely placed in their respective leagues, with both the U13’s and U17’s still involved in the Cup competition. The U13’s are currently sitting 3rd in their league, winning 2 and losing 1. The U15’s are top of their division, with a perfect record of 3 from 3. Whilst the U17’s are placed nicely in 3rd with 1 win and 1 loss, scoring 48 points in the process.

All 3 teams restart their season away from home this weekend. The U13’s travel to northern rivals St Albans Centurions, the U15’s go to second placed Brentwood Eels where a win will take them clear at the top of the league and the U17’s make the long journey south of the river to play Richmond Warriors who have a 100% record at home.

Hopefully the Juniors can kick start a weekend of wins for the Skolars, with the 1st team completing the club’s fixtures at home against Gloucestershire All Golds on Sunday.
