Kingstone Press Championship 1 Club London Skolars are looking to appoint an Administration and Events Manager to be based at their offices at the White Hart Lane Community Centre in Wood Green, N22.
This is a full time role which will combine general administrative duties, liaising with the sport’s governing body, the Rugby Football League, and managing a range of match and non-match day events at various locations throughout the City.

TITLE: Administration and Events Manager
HOURS: 37 per week plus all home matches
SALARY: £23-25k dependant on experience
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All administrative tasks associated with the business including, but not limited to
- Player registrations and contracts
- Liaising with the sport’s governing body – the RFL
- Junior player registrations and subscriptions
- Database management
- Payroll
- Suppliers
- Match day and event management
- Community department
- Facilities
- Banking
- Debt collection and management
- Club lottery management and development
- Ticketing
- Website maintenance
- General office administration
- HR tasks
- Write and issue press releases
Event management including, but not limited to
- Home fixtures
- Club events
- RFL events
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant Degree or equivalent professional qualifications
- Demonstrable professional work experience can be a substitute to the above. Five years’ experience, preferably in a sport related industry, similar roles in other industries will also be considered
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Familiar with MS Office package
- CRM and database system experience
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Comfortable with working unsocial hours when required particularly around weekend match days
