The Rugby League World Cup Trophy will be on show when London Skolars take on London Broncos at the HAC, Home to the Honourable Artillery Company, in the City of London in January. The annual match between London’s two professional Rugby League clubs provides supporters of both clubs a chance to see the new squads before they start their league campaigns and comes at the start of a massive year for the sport of Rugby league.
The 2013 Capital Challenge is being sponsored by Boost ETP and NASDAQ OMX Global Indexes.
England and Wales will host the Rugby League World Cup in 2013 and both semi-finals will be held on the same day in a double header at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, November 23, so the appearance of the iconic trophy in the heart of the City at the beginning of the year is entirely appropriate.

The Capital Challenge match will take place on the January 11 at the HAC grounds, kick off 2.00pm. The Skolars will host a pre-match luncheon prior to the game at midday in the HAC’s Banqueting Hall and rugby legend Jason Robinson OBE will be the guest speaker.
