London Skolars have teamed up with Irish based sports brand Azzurri Sport in an exciting new partnership.
Skolars have entered into a three-year agreement with Azzurri to manufacture the club’s team and replica kits from the 2013 season right the way through to the end of the 2015 campaign.
Azzurri Sport is an Irish International sportswear company, established in 1984, providing customised Playing Kit and Leisurewear direct to sports clubs, schools and colleges. Azzurri Sport product ranges include Rugby, Hockey, Soccer, Basketball, GAA & Athletics. In 2012 Azzurri Sport supplied Championship 1 sides Oldham and Barrow with their kit.
“We are delighted to announce our new relationship with Azzuri,” said Skolars General Manager Howard Kramer. “This is a tremendous opportunity for London Skolars and Azzurri to work together closely and we’re excited about what the next three years holds.
“When we sat down with Azzuri to discuss a potential deal we were extremely impressed with what they had to say and I am sure their products will be a big hit with our supporters. We have enjoyed a great relationship with Stag Sports over the past four seasons and we appreciate their hard work and commitment during that time.”
The agreement also sees Azzuri becomes one of the sponsors of the annual Capital Challenge match between Skolars and London Broncos. The 9th Capital Challenge match will take place on Friday 9th January at the Honourable Artillery Company’s grounds in the City and will give supporters their first chance to see the new kit and merchandising range at close quarters.
Details of Skolars new-look replica kits for the 2013 season will be announced shortly.
