This Friday sees the Third Annual Corporate Touch Rugby Tournament, sponsored by Pcubed, take place at the Honourable Artillery Club in the heart of London’s financial area.

Bloomberg will be looking to defend the trophy they won last year. They will face opposition from city firms that include property and legal companies, as well as financial service companies. All will be competing to lift the winners Trophy (pictured above).

It’s the first time that PCubed have sponsored the competition, though they have been involved with the London Skolars for several years and are also long-term sponsors of the annual Varsity match.

“The last two year’s events have been fun as well as competitive and I’m sure with so many blue-chip companies taking part their competitive nature will come to the fore,” said Skolars’ General Manager Howard Kramer. “I’m delighted that PCubed are on board as sponsors. They have been great supporters of Rugby League in the Capital. It’s our second event at the HAC in the season, along with the Capital Challenge against Harlequins RL in January, and the unique surroundings of the HAC make playing there quite special.”

The action starts at 3.00pm on Friday at the HAC on City Road (between Moorgate and Old St stations).
