Welcome to the New River Stadium, the home of the London Skolars Rugby League, one of only two professional Rugby League Teams in London. Below we have set out everything you will need to know to make your match day as convenient as possible. New River Stadium:
The New River Stadium, also known as New River Sport & Fitness, is the home of London Skolars Rugby League and has one main stand, which fronts White Hart Lane.

The main stand seats 1,040 fans comfortably, with every fan having a good view of the whole playing area. There is terrace standing but this is only made available on special occasions when the main stand is full.
As a general rule we do not segregate Home and Away supporters and we always encourage and foster a friendly atmosphere where fans are happy to sit together and families feel comfortable.
Wheelchair access is available in the main stand.
The price for entry during the 2023 season is: £15 (Adult), £10 (Concession)
‘Early Bird’ offers are often available on Eventbrite – Keep an eye out for these. Tickets purchased in advance can be printed and brought to the ticket office. Alternatively, these can be shown on your mobile device.

Directions:
The Skolars Stadium is located approximately 1 mile from Wood Green Underground Station, which is on the Piccadilly Line, and only 15 minutes from Kings Cross Station.
The W3 bus heading towards Northumberland Park from Wood Green Station drops very close to the Stadium, alight at the New River Perth rd bus stop, approx 5 stops.
Travelling by Road:
Follow M1 South to Junction 2, take exit onto A1 to the junction with the North Circular (A406).
Keep on North Circular for about 3 miles, following signs for Wood Green.
Turn right on A109 (Bounds Green Road) at traffic lights.
Keep straight on A109 for 1.5 miles, past Bounds Green tube station, and turn sharp left onto Wood Green High Road (A105) [coaches may need to turn from the right lane]
Keep on the A105 past the Haringey Civic Centre and turn right into White Hart Lane.
The Stadium is on the left hand side 0.5 miles down White Hart Lane.
CAR PARKING – There is ample pay and display parking in the car parks, which are located next to the main stand. Stadium Parking is only payable via the ringGO app, you will need the location code for the car parks, which you can find on the display boards. Please check all relevant signage before leaving your vehicle.
Coaches and buses are charged at the same price as cars.
Refreshments & SKOLARS BAR:
The Skolars Bar is located on the first floor of our Club House. The bar is open prior to the match and also after. The bar stocks a range of beers and soft drinks. All Pints of real ale, beers, ciders and glasses of wine are £4
Attendance at a sporting fixture is not complete without a pie and a cold drink.
We usually stock pies or Jamaican Patties! £2.50-£3.50
Match Day Programme:
The club will not be selling a matchday programme at New River this coming season (2023). However, the club will be offering an impressive e-programme. All season ticket holders who provide an e-mail address at the point of purchase will be sent the e-programme at least 24 hours prior to kick-off. Each edition will have a host of player interviews, historical pieces, team news and stats.

Merchandise:
All merchandise can be purchased from our online club shop. Items include Polo shirts, training t-shirts, hoodies and replica home / away playing jerseys.

Match Day:
Generally Skolars home matches are played on Saturdays and will kick-off at 15:00. You can check with the club or the fixtures page on this website.
Pre-match entertainment varies but can feature a Masters Festival, a reserve or under 16’s team fixture. Please check with the club for details of curtain raiser matches and kick off times. Live music, street food, fresh coffee and raffles will all feature at New River throughout the course of the season.

Capital Challenge:
Each season, Skolars host a preseason friendly at the Honorable Artillery Company’s ground in Central London. For more details, please see the Capital Challenge page.

Friday Night Lights:
London Skolars’ hugely popular ‘Friday Night Lights’ event will take place on Friday 11th of August 2023 against Doncaster RLFC. Ticket are now on sale – Please visit the club’s Eventbrite page
‘Friday Night Lights’ (FNL) is now a firm fixture in the Rugby League calendar. It is an ideal way to kick-off a packed weekend of Rugby League in London. Please contact the club for further information. A club representative will be happy to assist with accommodation or ticketing requirements.
