All eyes this week will be on the second round of the Challenge Cup. The Skolars have been drawn to play at home versus the London Chargers. This London derby will take place on Saturday 29th January (15:30 kick-off). Tickets are now available to purchase at discounted rates – £10.00 for general entry and £8.00 for all concessions (students & those aged 65+). Furthermore, all those who purchase tickets, will also be given a drinks voucher that can be redeemed on the day at the ‘1995 Bar’! The bar will be open from 14:00.

The fixture marks the club’s first competitive game of the 2022 season and will provide fans with an opportunity to watch Joe Mbu’ new look squad and welcome the returning Head Coach back to the home dugout at The New River Stadium. The winning team will be entered in the third round draw, which is due to take place on February 1st.
The club reminds all attendees that Coronavirus is still at large and all current guidance and on-site signage should be followed. For instance, please do not attend if you have relevant symptoms and wear masks where directed to do so. We look forward to welcoming new and existing supporters to New River this weekend.
