Joe Mbu’s Skolars team have a rare weekend off before resuming Championship 1 duties on the 7th July, when Gateshead Thunder are the visitors to New River.

On Saturday a number of Skolars teams are in action, both at New River and away. The 12’s make the trip to West Lonndon to take on Staines Titans, whilst the 14’s host Medway Dragons, who sit just two points above them in the league table.

The 16’s are away to Richmond Warriors and, in the afternoon, the Skolars ‘A’s will host Staines in the semi-final of the Challenge Cup. This match kicks off at 2.30pm and will be played on the Perth Road pitch.

The 19’s are not in action tomorrow but, in a rearranged fixture, they will host Newham at New River on Monday 1st July – Ko 7.00pm.

Finally, Skolars ever increasing army of minis will descend on Twickenham tomorrow to take part in the London Minis Championship at the Stoop.
